The fine print.

These terms cover your use of the Surfers of India photo finder. By searching for or purchasing photos on this site, you agree to them.

1. Using the finder

You choose a published surf session and upload a selfie so we can match it against that session's photos. You must only upload your own selfie, and you must consent to it being sent to our face-matching service for processing before a search runs.

2. Matching isn't perfect

Face matching can make mistakes — it may miss photos of you, or occasionally surface a photo of someone else. We don't guarantee complete or perfect results. If a match looks wrong, contact us and we'll take a look.

3. Watermarked previews

Search results show temporary, watermarked previews so you can decide whether to buy. Preview links expire and are not a substitute for the full-resolution photo pack.

4. Photo packs & pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and set per session; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Paying unlocks full-resolution, watermark-free downloads of the photos matched to your search.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, a licensed third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details — Cashfree handles that directly.

6. Ownership & use of photos

Surfers of India retains ownership and copyright of all session photos. Buying a photo pack gives you a personal-use licence to download, print and share those specific photos — it does not transfer copyright, and does not permit resale or commercial use without our written permission.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
